There’s little doubt that Twickenham Stadium is one of the most famous rugby venues and it is in fact the largest dedicated rugby union venue in the world.
It is hard to believe that it was originally a ‘cabbage patch’ bought by the Rugby Football Union for just over £5,500!
It proudly stands today as home ground for the English Rugby team and as an iconic event venue, with a wealth of spaces available for hosting your event whether large or small including:
- 25 dedicated event spaces with a maximum capacity of 1200 people
- Over 150 pitch-side executive boxes perfect for meetings from 2-24 delegates
- Over 7,000 sqm. of superbly integrated conference and exhibition space tailored to suit larger scale events and smaller expos

Twickenham Stadium is positioned in a brilliant location with only minutes to the M3 and M4 corridors and easy access to the M40. Heathrow airport is also only 6 miles away.
The stadium benefits from over 2000 complimentary car parking spaces, with additional space for HGV parking.
Dining – Food and Drink
Twickenham offer award winning catering – provided by their catering partner Compass Group – with a variety of different menu options, including bespoke menus for between 10-850 people.
They have some incredible private and intimate dining spaces ideal for VIP dinners and events including the England Changing Rooms or indulge in a seven course taster menu in the Twickenham Cellar!
The stadium’s larger suites including the Rose Suite and Spirit of Rugby are the perfect spaces for large-scale gala dinners and award ceremonies.
Conferences, exhibitions and meetings
Twickenham Stadium offers a purpose designed conference centre which can cater for between 2 and 1200 delegates, supported by first class staff, AV technology and amenities. The conference centre features its own auditorium, The Live Room, ideal for large production events, conferences and exhibitions.
In total Twickenham offers 25 dedicated conference and event rooms as well as 150 pitch-view Executive Boxes for smaller meetings between 2-20 people.
The venue is highly popular with exhibition organisers who can access the largest rooms from ground level, making for seamless loading and unloading for both build and breakdown.
Twickenham is suited to both smaller intimate wedding receptions and larger receptions for up to 850 guests. Due to this large capacity they regularly host Asian Weddings, whereby they have five approved catering partners to choose from, who can each provide a bespoke menu for you to meet any dietary, religious or cultural requirements.
Enjoy your summer party with a fantastic BBQ and pitch-side drinks reception, followed by photos in the England Changing Rooms or Players Tunnel.

Step back in time to the Jazz Age and celebrate the Roaring Twenties! Twickenham are offering two fully themed fabulous suites, offering both shared and private party packages to help you celebrate the year in style with friends, colleagues and family.
Private Parties are ideal for large Christmas celebrations, offering exclusive use of one of Twickenham’s 1920’s themed suites and can accommodate parties from 100-1200 people.
The packages include a three course seated dinner, with entertainment and a DJ until 1pm. From £45 +VAT per person.
Shared Christmas Parties are perfect for small groups wanting to enjoy the atmosphere of a big party. Tables can be booked for as few as 10 people.
The packages include a fully themed 1920’s suite, two course carvery, entertainment and a DJ until 1am. From £45 +VAT per person.
The shared party nights are on Friday 8th December, Friday 15th December and Saturday 16th December.
